...that the constitutional rights of Florida’s nearly one-million active concealed carry license holders be suspended under the Governor’s emergency powers...Since when does a political event constitute an emergency? I guess it will once Obummer is re-seated, but it will be the kind of emergency where those pesky Constitutional RIGHTS will hinder the governments agenda.
