You confuse angry, brow-beating, and arrogant sarcasm, (on colorful display on this thread) with "defending the faith." Mixing in Scripture with your self-centered attacks on others doesn't blur what you're doing as you call attention to yourself. It actually makes what you're doing worse.
You are letting YOU get in the way of the truth you claim you are trying to proclaim.
Here are a few words I learned from a song I learned 60 years ago in Sunday School.....Jesus and Others and You, what a wonderful way to spell JOY........put yourself last and spell "JOY."
Simple words to live by. Putting Jesus first will calm you down too and help that elevated blood pressure... may Jesus Christ be praised, and may HE receive all the Glory! :)
