Defendants should be dressed in western attire out of respect for the court.
EVERYONE in the court should be in western attire or be in contempt of court. This includes the defendants - and they have to leave prayer rugs outside the courthouse and get no time for “prayers”.
Also, they have to go through that TSA scanner like the ones at the airport where they will have to give the prayer rugs up.
After all, they could have bombs IN their bodies. As they are being scanned, laugh and point at them.
During the trail, different people at different times should copy Al Pacino.
“You're out of court, you're out of court, the whole courtroom is out of court.”
Use “flash mob” tactics so each person will get their time.
Run into the courtroom and yell “there's a bomb in the courthouse” Then run like hell.
Let's see how the defendants deal with that. Plus, they have to eat Pork Helper or go fast for a while. Arrange all of this with the judge's and bailiff's help and anything else so our street theater actors don't get hurt. I would laugh like crazy watching this on HBO or Court TV. It will have to be pay-for-view to help out on US debt, etc....
