So the stadium bill is ready to pass, but the Vikings ownership and NFL think it’s outrageous they should have to pay at least half.

The same people who whine about evil rich and corporations “ not paying their fair share” are all for the taxpayer paying most of it.

Another example that people can rationalize anything if it’s something they like.

The varying opinions stated last night was entertaining and enlightening. I didn't see it as a party issue though many in the media are trying to draw the parallel that the R's are the bad guys (shock). I am pretty sure a female Republican who voted against it uttered what you said; that D's want increased taxes on the rich yet want to give the owner a pass.

Cincinnati/Hamilton County residents were screwed bigtime over their stadium deal. The County Commissioner who brokered the deal went on to work for the Bengals. What’s that tell ya?

They don’t think it’s outrageous they should have to pay half, they just know that somewhere out there is someplace that would pay more than half. It’s just good business, don’t pay for anything you can get for free. I’m against these stadium deals, but I don’t blame the businesses for elected officials pimping their taxpayers out.
