I thought the defense would ask a judge to look at the facts and throw this bull**** case out of court. Can that still happen?

I wonder if the prosecutor will insist that Zimmerman be rolled into court on a handtruck in chains with a Dr. Lector hockey mask on?

It’s not going to happen with the Lynch mob outside the courtroom waving torches.

It’ll be two years before any trial.

I wonder where Sharpton and the rest of the lynch mob all stand on the cold-blooded murder of two elderly people in Oklahoma? The monster who murdered them is a 20 year old worthless pile of excrement. The elderly gentleman who got murdered was a WW II paratrooper and his wife of 65 years was raped before she died. Where is the outrage about this one?

I thought the defense would ask a judge to look at the facts and throw this bull**** case out of court. Can that still happen? Not if that judge wants to ever get an appointment to a higher court, of avoid being audited by the IRS for the next four years, or avoid having every other aspect of his life examined by the "Justice" department.
