I agree; I don’t recall that there was anything particularly wrong with Sharron Angle. I think they tried to pin the “racist” label on her for some comment she made about illegal immigration—I can’t remember it exactly—but otherwise probably would have won had Harry Reid not have marshalled his union and organized crime forces against her at the last minute.
