That’s exactly what I thought. This Congress wants to pass a law against lying? That is too funny. Demand that he resign and if not start impeachment proceedings against Obama. Throw them out of office and put them in jail. No need for any more resolutions or laws. Sheesh.

We already have such a law, we just need people with some guts to enforce them. Hell of a note when we have to pass a law requiring the Dept of Justice to enforce the law.
