Bill Donohue: "Obama has always liked the idea of two men getting married"
cnn ^ | 5/9/2012 | Piers Morgan

As Wednesday sees Barack Obama voice his support for same-sex marriage, this evening "Piers Morgan Tonight" welcomed a host of experts and analysts, celebrities, and journalists, all charged with detailing and debating one of America's most-polarizing social issues.

Joining Piers Morgan live for a face to face discussion, Chad Griffin explained the impact of the president's stance:

"Every single night, LGBT people get in their beds, turn out the light, and instead of closing their eyes, and going to sleep like their friends, and their parents, and their colleagues, they stay awake and stare at the ceiling fearing the next day," revealed the incoming President of the Human Rights Campaign. "What the President of the United States said today – the first President of the United States said today – is that he cares for them. He is their president, he is standing up for them and he believes that they too are equal under the law. And that is incredibly significant."

Representing the other side of the debate, Bill Donohue took a decidedly different approach to today's news:

Don’t forget those who are into beastiality. They will want to marry and get their cow or horse under their insurance. Oh, wait we can’t forget about the necrophiliacs, although I don’t think they will care about the insurance. Where does it stop?

After all, the Obamaloon’s greatest and most cherished dream is to marry himself.

I am wondering what percentage of our population is Gay? I suspect it is around 10 to 15%.

A number like that and you could not escape it, ever.

1-2%. A number that constantly requires replenishment and recruitment as they continually die off from unnatural consequences.

He's mad because all he can do is support gay marriage from the sidelines and can't come out of the closet himself quite yet.

He's going to be one of those guys that stay married just long enough to make it through a political career then get a divorce while announcing he's gay.

It is very hard to ‘stare at the ceiling’ when you are face down in the sheets with your butt up in the air......

The same probably applies to the First Wookie too.

-—I am wondering what percentage of our population is Gay? I suspect it is around 10 to 15%.-—

2-3%. The 10% figure comes from Kinsey’s bogus research. His sample population was male prisoners.

Kinsey himself was a homosexual sadomasochist.

Keep in mind that this 2-3% figure represents those who self-identify. Homosexuality is like adultery, in that adultery and sodomy are willful actions. One cannot identify an homosexual at birth, anymore than one can identify an adulterer at birth.

Sometimes I think that Joe Biden knows the really creepy, hidden, emotionally sick side of Obama and he does not like him at all; that he resents that Obama became the candidate last time, and that he does not want him to have another term.

Remember, it was Biden who, in July 2008, publicly stated that he didn't think Obama was ready or experienced enough to be our president. Now, serving as Obama's VP he probably really has seen how unprepared and inexperienced Obama is. Maybe he was picked to serve with Obama because the Dems were afraid that if he couldn't be under close supervision he would have been a strong critic from the Democrat side. So, they paid him off, by making him VP -- with a threat that if he didn't accept the position they would crush his political career. Biden has been around a long time, and even though he says stupid things, I think he knows and has observed more that could be dangerous for Obama than helpful...and they had to keep him quiet.

Perhaps Biden has purposely tried to cause problems and conflict for this administration by letting out "secrets" in a very slick, "accidental" way. Obviously, from Obama's statement, he was not ready to announce that he is in favor of gay marriage. That was going to be announced just before the convention for political purposes. But Biden's little comment changed that. Biden might not be so dumb, after all.

Most all weddings I have attended have been happy. But homosexual marriages on the other hand . . .

You’ve been reading FR since 2003 and still think that?

A few years ago a bunch of studies all came up with about 1.5 to just a tad over 2% for the current number of homosexuals. It constantly changes as people get recruited and people leave the “gay” life. And most of these were pro-homo groups like Guttmacher, which is connected with Planned Parenthood.

They’d like for you to believe that. More like 1-3%, but higher in certain areas and occupations, like news media producers and congressional staffers. It approaches 100% there.

West Hollywood

Provincetown, Mass

a few other places.

I would be a trillion dollars Chad Griffin does not go to bed every night and lie there awake fearing the next day. Such outrageous hyperbole. People who oppose gay marriage, on the other hand, probably do go to be every night and lie there awake fearing the next day.
