Federal authorities said Wednesday that they plan to sue Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio and his office over allegations of civil rights violations, including the racial profiling of Latinos.
The U.S. Justice Department has been seeking an agreement requiring Arpaio's office to train officers in how to make constitutional traffic stops, collect data on people arrested in traffic stops and reach out to Latinos to assure them that the department is there to also protect them.

This will begin the total destruction of the authority of the Federal Government over States rights. If America does not realize that we are under Federal communists control it had better wake up. Almost too late.
It will never stop because it works and there's no repercussions for doing it. Something has to be done to level the playing field and besides whites will have to learn to be more vocal about their own rights as time passes and whites become more of a minority.
The ‘plan’ is to take over Arizona and use it for a drug/immigrant channel controlled by the government.
Then, as traffic flow through Texas slows, they will claim they have ‘closed’ the borders.

I want to park in the Handicap spaces without being ticketed.
I want to be able to open a Casino and not pay taxes.
I want 40 acres and a mule (or 1 acre and a pretty wife).
I want exception from the laws because I am disadvantaged.
Oh... wait. I don’t want those things because I’M AN AMERICAN.
And when the process server comes to serve the federal lawsuit papers on Sheriff Joe or the Maricopa Sheriff’s Department, Sheriff Joe and his deputies should arrest the process server for criminal interference in sheriff’s business and seek a bench warrant from a friendly county judge on the same offense for Eric Holder and any Justice Department offical identified in Justice’s lawsuit papers.
Looks like the good Sheriff Arpaio is going to be the ‘Scooter Libby’ of this election cycle.

Arrest and charge them with obstruction of justice.
I would also advocate posting wanted posters (and billboards) throughout Maricopa County for the arrest of Eric Holder.
Yet our legislators and judiciary REFUSE to hold themselves accountable.
Who's responsibility is it to ultimately enforce the law?
If our own government uses laws against it's citizens for the benefit of foreigners or foreign interest, have they not committed an offense toward their own homeland?
This is absolutely preposterous! The lack of adherence to the law, constitution and bill of rights by our elected officials on both sides of the isle is treasonous.

Who’s responsibility is it to ultimately enforce the law?...States need to look over their laws that involve the gubbmint. Do awa y with bank robbery laws, let the Feds do it. Do away with drug laws. Let the Feds do it. Do away with kidnapping laws. Let the Feds do it. Soon, the Feds would beg states to help them. Overwhelm the system and damn the consequences. Turn it back on the ineptitude of the Fed Government.

This Negroid NAZI throws out a case where “his people” violate the civil rights of white voters, but he pushes this case against Sheriff for violating people’s civil rights!
Sheriff Arpaio should RUN to the courtroom. The feds will have to reveal that they have no evidence of racial profiling at all, just accusations.
