Another sign that the Obama camp is desperate. Still months away from the general election and they are reduced to dredging up Romney's high school days - from so long ago that The Beatles were still on tour and computers were still in air-conditioned fortresses, operated by old men in white coats and ties.

Say what you want about Romney, but he is smart for simply apologizing for "whatever it is he might have done" and making it old news. If Elizabeth Warren adopted that tactic, nobody would be talking about "Fauxahontas" today and Scott Brown would still be worried. It seems that, unlike McCain, Romney is in this to actually win.

Obama's internal polls must really suck for him to resort to this desperation move.
