In this day of hypersensitivity and run a muck lawyers with lawuit happy clients where just barely touching a woman could bring sexual harassment charges, (as would any of the things I offered) none of the above.

However since the original topic wasn't adults but grade school students in the Sixties before society lost its collective mind, please answer the question:


Would you also classify "Indian burns", "purple urples", "red bellys" and "wet willies" to name a few, as "assaults"?

Of course the answer is:

In an Sixties court you would be laughed at by the judge and told to quit wasting the courts time as the "case" would be referred back to the school district.

The school would handle it, parents would be called in, suspensions given out and a letter would be put in one's permanent folder. And OoooooH!!!! A spanking!!!!(The horrors!!!!)

Not the hysterics performed by today's weak sisters and professional crybabies who scream bloody murder at the tiniest slight.
