They won’t vote for Romney but they may wake up on Election Day and not be all that motivated to go out an vote.

Plus a wishy washy white independent in, say, Iowa, who is a mish mash of conservative and liberal might stay home or vote for Romney.

But especially Latinos...there is more than just this issue that might make them not be super motivated.

Florida, Ohio, Colorado, Virginia and maybe and Iowa/Wisconsin this might have a little subliminal effect.

Often decisions to vote or not are really the result of a lot of paper cuts rather than one big thing.
