About 22 percent of California's eighth-graders tested on a national science test passed, ranking the Golden State among the worst in the nation, according to figures released Thursday.

Scores from the 2012 National Assessment of Educational Progress, also known as the Nation's Report Card, show that too few students have the skills that could lead to careers in the field, educators said.

I cannot remember but the Greece population when matched up with us against the world in academic proficiency we are either only above or below Greece, but both of us are at the bottom. It matters.

Since so many of the teachers have such sympathy for the Spanish speaking students, wouldn’t it be rather fun if a law could be passed that they had three years to become fluent in Spanish or lose their teaching jobs?

There has to be a niche business opportunity for dealing with these yute nitwits. What is it? Tutoring is after the fact.

LOL! Actually that’s a pretty brilliant idea. Give the libs exactly what they want but with a slight addition.

“What do you mean we will lose our jobs? I’m not learning Spanish!”

“So you admit to being a racist!”

“Nooooooo”

Didn't Al Gore fail a college science class?

I would not give any scientific credence to anyone who has not passed a single college level science class.
