Sheriff Joe Arpaio should get a warrant for U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s arrest. Fast and Furious guns have been implicated in the killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
Dave Gibson broached this issue in February.

Homeland Security (link) the killing of a Maricopa County Sheriff deputy in January, and hundreds of other assaults and killings, in America and Mexico, have been linked to Fast and Furious.
In October, documents were found showing that Attorney General Holder had been sent briefings on Fast and Furious as early as July 2010, contradicting his May statement that he had known about it for only a few weeks.
A Maricopa County Court needs to subpoena Eric Holder to explain the negligence of the Phoenix ATF office with regard to allowing over 2,000 guns, including high powered rifles, to be purchased illegally and ultimately delivered to known criminals and criminal enterprises.

Many are said to have gone to cartels, but it is very possible that these arms will be used in Obama’s “revolution.”

documents seems to become more entrenched, the closer we come to the November election.There need to be extraordinary remedies applied by Issa and his Congressional Committee, as these arms may be in the hands of leftisists who soon will be shooting at ordinary citizens in our “red states” , those states that have resisted Obama and his socialism from the get go.
Holders activity is in violation of the Constitution and his oath of office. There is reasonable and provable cause to believe Holder is involved with criminal activity through supplying arms to leftist civilians and criminals.He could indeed be easily arrested.
Sheriff Joe needs to meet with the “R”s in the Arizona Congressional delegation and nip this crap in the bud.
Have the R’s threaten to withhold funding of the Department of {in} Justice.
I do not believe he could be easily arrested - But Arpaio could issue a warrent for his arrest. Or, more actually, ask a judge to issue one.

That’s what I was thinking - no need to actually take him into custody, just publically issue the arrest warrant in his county.
Which vice president was it...? I forget. Had a warrent on him for dueling, and ran away.
Actually, I wish dueling were still legal.

If a warrant was issued for his arrest would the U.S. Marshalls be required to do the deed? And what about extradition from the District of Criminals to AZ? Any problems there?

I think if an AZ judge issued a warrent to arrest the USAG, it would get tied up in the courts until he was no longer AG.
I just don’t think it would be executed. The regime is too corrupt.

A warrant for Holder’s arrest could be issued from any federal court, and there still are plenty of Reagan appointees who could do it.
