This is not at all a new thing in America.

The real problem with trying to insert something insidious into America is the fact that none have been able to keep America out.

Asians are a major tourist market to Michigan anyway. If it weren't for our tough business climate and liabilities, I've considered starting a niche hunting and fishing guide business catering primarily to Asians on private property of farmers I've known over the years.

Now that is a cool idea ... go for it.

You could make a fortune.

There's a bus company that does nothing but haul Chinese tourists from New York, NY to Corning, NY to Williamsport to Cooperstown to this that and the other place, and sometimes just down the street!

As they come Souf' on US 15 they go through a remarkable area of limestone hills (mogotes) that look exactly like a world famous area of limestone hills (mogotes) in Big China or Cuba.

We've encountered their tour groups several times over the years.

Oh, and be sure to include at trip to Wally Worrd, so they can purchase all of their gear locally - at their expense, of course, rather than ship it in from China.

LOL.

I had a friend that did that in Tennessee, primarily Arab customers and he had nothing but problems with them. They just wouldn’t follow the rules and didn’t know a thing about firearms safety. I do however, think that Asians would be much more respectful of our laws and customs.

Don't stop at hunting and fishing--get really familiar with any and all wild edibles. Very Asian. I just grabbed a few handfuls of ramps for a neighbor this afternoon but struck out with morels.

As far as the whole planned Asian community goes--artificial lakes (plural!) on 200 acres? Those can't even be ponds. Those would be puddles!
