Weird, I don't remember hearing about this four years ago and honestly, I have no idea who Jennifer Hudson even is. Some sort of "celebrity" I presume. I guess I'll go Google it so no need to respond.

Nonetheless, I am sorry to hear of the tragic death's of her family members and I am heartened to see the killer brought to justice. May he never again see the light of day.

Thanks. Look it up for me too, I have no idea who she is, but I’m glad this killer is going away for a long time.

She also does the Weight Watchers commercials. Young black woman, very pretty.

“...I don’t remember hearing about this four years ago...”

It was such a gruesome story and yes, it did get a lot of big press, but only because Hudson is famous.

Sorry to say, but this was black intra-family crime, and that’s just not news. Since it was so awful, with the little boy not found until days later, it probably would have gotten local coverage even if no celeb was involved.

But would we be hearing the verdict now? No.

Will Jesse Jackson have a march about the unreported (news-wise I mean) crime in the black community? Also No.
