They’re in for a wait. I filed nearly 2 years ago with a legit diagnosed/docs, all on the up and up lifetime medical condition that finally caught up to me. (Chrons Disease and complications from it) and WITH a lawyer I’m still fighting with the Govt.
Then again, I’m a legal, non-minority hetrosexual male. So that probably explains it.
You need a new lawyer, one who will produce your affadavit swearing that you are a dyed-in-the-wool Obama voter,that you love him with your whole heart, that he is the god of your life.
You’d have your disability bennies by now.
That’s a tough gig. Crohn’s is no picnic.
