I’m 5‘9” and 160/165 lbs.

That’s 30 lbs heavier than I was at 18 but I don’t think I’m fat.

I’m 5’8” and 170. Apparently, I’m stuck in 1960...

I just read, was it in the article(?), that 5’9” and 160 was the average for a man in 1980 (I think), but now it’s 195.
