Laywers is one of my favorite misspellings due to my own mistakes... I don’t understand why first amendment lawsuits can’t be filled for damages in a scenario like this.

This should get national attention. I hope Marco Rubio addresses this on the Senate floor. I suspect rules don't allow for it, but Nelson should be called out by someone in his political weight category, not TV station owners trying to get by.
