I’ve been around as long as yourself.
My point is to focus on regaining the upper hand in the Congress by voting downticket for the best I/we can get of the right to rep me/us in that Congress.
I would believe with all the distrust of Romney the TEA Party isn’t going to smack their hands together, and say the job is done, and hang up the “Gone Fishing” sign.
WE through our recently found TEA Party unity can, and will kick butt I believe. I don’t think Obama, or Romney stand a chance in Hell of defeating our resolve.
It’s that downticket focus that really counts IMO, and ABO would be nice as well.

Big ol' LOL, one of the funniest and best graphics I have ever seen on FR (and that's saying a lot!).It's a good one! I don't remember who did the original, but I can't take credit for it.
It goes back to the days of The Big Story hosted by John Gibson and Heather Nauert on the FOX News Channel.
I stretched it horizontally and darkened the edges to give it a "wide screen" look. :-)

Hi, Luv W! Nice to see you.

I thought all hope was lost for public schools and it made me very happy.
No, there are those still at work in the public school systems that do not bow the knee to the NEA or any group that seeks to deny children receiving a decent education and in spite of the hurdles, roadblocks, and tire-spikes put in teachers' and administrators' way by those who truly hate God and America and are in authority over them.

That is the scariest part, Laz sounding more sane. You know, there really is no answer to that except "you're right".

I personally believe the U.S. Americans are unable to locate America on a map because, uh, some, uh...people out there in our nation don’t have maps, and, uh, I believe that our education like such as South Africa and, uh, the Iraq everywhere like, such as and...I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., err, uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our...

My last group of 8th graders (special ed) could compare and contrast feudal Europe with feudal China and/or Japan.
Then we got to US History and the book was unbelievable horrible. It wound up being a lesson in not believing everything you read. "And the South grew only cotton", right.... and they ate cotton too. /sarc

Jim,
Well said. I've been catnapping for a couple of days but I'm sharpening my claws on the furniture in preparation for a LONG summer of Cass Sunstein-directed infiltrations.

We are strongly opposed to Marxism, communism, socialism, anarchism, fascism, abortionism, homosexualism, militant feminism, class warfare, nanny statism, crony capitalism, police statism, statism of any kind, whacko environmentalism, pacifism, government enforced atheism, or any other ism related to collectivism, leftism, liberalism, totalitarianism, etc, or used as weapons of destruction against our constitution, capitalism, our moral society, our religion, our traditional American way of life, our freedom, etc, and that includes RINOism. I went to an eight room elementary school. There was only one cooler drinking fountain in the building, and above it hung a mirrored plaque with an American flag in the center and the words:
I believe in only one Ism: Americanism.
Made quite an impression that I can remember it 41 years later.

They have turned history into episodes prepackaged with liberal morality tales.
Sadly they have done much the same with english literature in high school.

Right with you Jim.
Any one who doesn’t see the struggle we are in
has their head buried in the sand or they
are a communist and they know it’s war.
It’s harder for us older folks,
we remember AMERICA.
