“Politico” now has this race officially called for Deb Fischer. Thanks, Ms. & Mr. Palin. Thanks, Tea Party!!! Not a bad trade, indeed, Deb Fischer replaces that traitor Obamabot Democrat Ben Nelson. Deb will wipe up the floor with Bob Kerrey.

I’m trusting Lancaster county is not copying Cook county in Illinois.

Nothing is this world can match the filthy s##thole that is Cook County, IL.

Omaha is where we’d expect more of the Cook County type garbage - especially after the shenanigans with Omaha’s mayoral recall election. But that was when democrats were involved. In a republican primary it might be different.

It is strange, though, that Lincoln’s results are taking so long.

Wow, I had not heard of Deb Fischer until Palin’s endorsement. Did she ever rocket up! She has a bright future. I supported Stenberg (because of the early endorsement by DeMint) but Fischer looks like the pick of the conservative litter in Nebraska.

The next Mama Grizzly that needs to win a primary is Sarah Steelman in Missouri. She is definitely one who does not bow to the GOPe.

Off to bed now where I should sleep VERY well tonight.

Just heard on the local news here in Omaha that the AP has called it for Fisher. Hoooly crap what an upset! Bruning had it in the bag less than a week ago. Palin and Fortenberry (the congressman in District 1) endorsing and then the Holder letter was huuuuge. I cannot beleive it. Wow.

Bring in that teaparty $ to Nebraska. We need to send Bobby the Obamacare lover back to Greenwich Village where he belongs.

Wow! That’s fantastic!

This is a win for the rule of law. I hope Bruning realizes how much Eric Holder is despised because he plays politics with the rule of law. And I hope Eric Holder is a millstone around Obama’s neck in November too.

Of course, there are other reasons people chose Fischer, but I can’t help but think that Bruning’s support of Holder played a big role. Obviously Palin’s endorsement did also, and I wonder how much of her endorsement was based on Bruning’s support of Holder.

Hey, “House Atreides” meet another “Dune” fanatic. Great night tonight. Glowing positive from ear to ear. Sarah, girl and her tribe done us right tonight. Just think we replace that traitor, Obamabot, Democrat, Ben Nelson with Deb Fischer. Old worn out deadbeat, Bob Kerrey might as well call it quits right now, as Deb will wipe up the floor with him. Senate majority for Pubbies getting closer.

Is it just me or do the graphs from all the other races from the NSOS website look like the winning candidate is shooting the country the finger?

Rove is looking pretty bad lately...I caught a glimpse of him on one of the shows the other day.

Fortunately I am 99% Faux free now and it’s very freeing.

He was the keynote at a dinner that I attended two years ago. I sat at his table and watched him text underneath the table while world renowned tenor Anthony Kearns was singing. Jerk.

Alas there were also 10k such on the GOP side. However, to spin it from a different angle, Romney did win more votes than Obama and Kerrey combined.

Fischer sounds like the real deal and has certainly garnered a lot of enthusiasm.

We don’t need another Angle or O’Donnell to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, so I hope Fischer has what it takes to dispatch the old dinosaur Kerrey. And it helps that NE demographics are a far cry from DE and NV’s.
