WFTV has confirmed that autopsy results show 17-year-old Trayvon Martin had injuries to his knuckles when he died.
O’Mara wouldn't comment on the autopsy evidence, but WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said it's better for the defense than it is for the prosecution.
WFTV has learned that the medical examiner found two injuries on Martin’s body: The fatal gunshot wound and broken skin on his knuckles.
When you compare Trayvon’s non-fatal injury with Zimmerman's bloody head wounds, the autopsy evidence is better for the defense, Sheaffer said.
“It goes along with Zimmerman's story that he acted in self-defense, because he was getting beaten up by Trayvon Martin,” Sheaffer said.

But, the liberals told us that Trayvon was shot for no reason. Some said he was hunted down like a dog. Some expressed shock that a young black man can’t walk down a street without getting shot. Some even said that America has not changed since the days of Emmitt Till.
This case appears to be falling apart. But, due to liberal and racial pressures, this case has to go to trial, no matter what evidence there is out there.
Now, as to what happens if these charges don’t hold up when a jury gets the case, we’ll see. I’m sure Jackson and Sharpton and the other liberals will be shocked and outraged at a miscarriage of justice if that happens.

The FBI is looking into charging him with a ‘hate crime’ for crying out loud.

That murdering bastidge Zimmerman wielded his face as a weapon against the innocent young boy’s hands. For that alone, the callous neighborhood watchman should die!

Trayvon Martin was buried in Miami with a gunshot wound to his chest. But otherwise, according to Richard Kurtz, the funeral director who prepared Martin for burial, his body showed no injuries.
“We could see no physical signs like there had been a scuffle [or] there had been a fight,” he said. “The hands — I didn’t see any knuckles, bruises or what have you. And that is something we would have covered up if it would have been there.”
Always wondered why the funeral director came out with this...
Next time, just search under “autopsy,” and order by “post time.” I have no idea why the FR Search feature defaults to order by “relevance.” That’s just stupid, and it’s probably why you didn’t see anything.

Looks to me like Zimmerman first gave Martin a fatal blow to the knuckles. Then, lying there, blood spilling out of the knuckles, with his last gasps of breath leaving Trayvon, Zimmerman only then finished the job, with a final bullet...
