Let's all send Daniels some more tea. More TEA for the GOP-E.

I don't think the establishment is ever going to make nice with us. We're going to have to keep primarying them out of existence.

I'll take GOP-Tea over GOP-E any day of the week.

Mitch Daniels, your time is up.

Go home.

We are sick of looking at you and your kind.

And check out this revisionist history from the story:

========================”He has been elected twice statewide in just the last six years. So he’s a Republican regular himself,” Daniels said.=========================

The republican establishment *HATES* being called the republican establishment. I’ve seen a lot of this revisionist history from different places.

This is very easy to understand:

Just because Mourdock was _established_ within the political world doesn’t mean he is a part of _the_republican_establishment_ which a very specific group of arrogant, petulant, and spineless republicans within the republican party.

Reagan was in politics for a very long time. The establishment never accepted him. It’s a specific group of ‘party elders’ who think they are the shot callers.

If you read the article versus just the headline, Daniels is VERY positive about Murdock.

Mitch Daniels is down on the tea party movement, just like most of the GOP-E. Daniels had better get his head out of his ass.

Daniels knows he got spanked. The tea party rolled up and smoked the GOP of Indiana, who were all hoping to keep Lugar.

Now, Daniels and the rest are out there trying to save face, but they simply can’t let it be known that the GOP-TEA is running the show now. They don’t want that to be the narrative. So they have to re-write history.

They’re being forced to accept Mourdock. It is what it is. But the GOP-E doesn’t want to have their noses rubbed in the fact that they’re losers.

For me, I’m glad to rub their noses in it. These people in the GOP-E are well known to be anti-conservative. So I have no use for them.

Mitch Daniels

This little twit needs to sit down and shut up !

He is stepping on his own tie.

He is rejecting the Vote of The People.

Clearly he rejects the Constitution
and the Founding Fathers.

Another Statist, elitist and Collectivist.

IMO, he is just making nice. Tell us how you really feel, Mitch. Tell us how great Lugar is when he favors LOST.

Yes he supported Lugar. Now he will be all in for Moudo k. And Daniels is showing people that Mourdock is a solid guy. He is trying to help Moudock win in a general election. Would it be better if Daniels failed to mention Mourdocks solid background?

Mitch Daniels is down on the tea party movement, just like most of the GOP-E. Daniels had better get his head out of his ass.

He may be "down on the movement," but the article clearly states he's solidly behind Murdock. Do not underestimate the importance of this. A unified party is much more likely to prevent what happened in Nevada, Alaska, and Delaware in 2010. The primary is over, and we won. Heed George Halas' advise - no dancing in the end zone. We need everyone, I mean everyone available to send him on to Washington in November.

In addition, despite what he says, Daniels has done a great deal which the Tea Party wants done:

Mr. Daniels, who took office in 2005, has reduced the number of state workers by 18 percent and held spending growth below inflation.

A statewide school voucher program was enacted. Children in homes with an income under $41,000 could receive vouchers equal to 90% of the cost of their public school tuition and use that money to attend a private school. It provides lesser benefits to households with income over $41,000. The program will be gradually phased in over a three-year period and would be available to all state residents by 2014.

In the 2005 session of the General Assembly, Daniels and Republicans, with some Democrat support, successfully enacted a voter registration law that required voters to show a government issued photo ID before they could be permitted to vote. The law was the first of its kind in the United States, and many civil rights organizations, like the ACLU, opposed the bill saying it would unfairly impact minorities, poor, and elderly voters who may be unable to afford an ID or may be physically unable to apply for an ID. To partially address those concerns, the state passed another law authorizing state license branches to offer free state photo ID cards to individuals who did not already possess another type of state ID.

Upon appeal the United States Supreme Court also ruled in favor of the state in April 2008, setting a legal precedent. Several other states subsequently enacted similar laws in the years following.

In May 2011, the state ended all funding for Planned Parenthood and all other health service providers who offered abortion services. Another law enacted banning abortions for women more than twenty weeks pregnant. Planned Parenthood and the ACLU subsequently brought a lawsuit against the state alleging it was being targeted unfairly, that the state law violated federal medicaid laws, and that their Fourteenth Amendment rights were violated. A May 11 ruling allowing the case to move forward, but denied the request from the petitioners to grant a temporary injunction to restore the funding; however, a June 24 ruling prohibited the state from enforcing the law.

Indiana became the 23rd right-to-work state in the nation, and the first in the industrial Midwest, home to many of the nation’s manufacturing jobs.

Don't make enemies of those that can and do help us.

I agree. It was the GOP-Elite that failed to unite and back the chosen nominees in 2010 to lose those elections. I support what Daniels has done in Indiana. He is still an establishment elite, that when push comes to shove in straightening out the DC culture of corruption, will tend to side with THAT culture. I'll support him if and when he supports us in the tea party movement. The traditional Republican and Democrat parties have nearly destroyed our country. They cannot be trusted to do the right thing.

Rebellion is brewing.

Kind of reminds me of a post-communist flick called ‘Kolya’:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kolya

in which a struggling worker was called into a KGB office for questioning and was beat to a pulp on several occasions for ‘practice’.

As soon as the ‘Velvet Revolution’ was revealed as a real game changer everyone piled out into the streets along with the same vicious KGB agents who looked at people that they had been using as punching bags; they smiled and waved and shouted they were never for communism.

If it was up to me and we had a revolution or CWII, I would gleefully support building gallows on the Mall and lead bound members of the GOP-e along with their democrat communist accessories, assorted Wall St. bankers and members of the MSM to the hanging platforms and tell them this is what you get for ruining our America and our American dream.

Of course the rule of law would require a trial first. But I believe public hanging is still an option for a capital offense such as treason.

Wait, we believe something Politico says?

Well Daniels is right.

The Tea Party is not a ‘phenomenon’......we’re here to stay.

Good try at division though whoever posted and led to believe that this was supposed to be negative for Mitch...

Daniels may say this. But he, as well as the GOPe, know full well what
lies ahead for them.

Daniels support of Lugar will come back to bite him in the future.
