Could just be camera and lighting but the dark shirt really looks different.
It does look like the same tie and background. His wife looks she could have been a younger Jackie Kennedy - similar appearance (wide set eyes, etc).
Saw a “blind item” about an actress and a politician were heavily involved with each other and their share of environmentalism.
