Seriously, I had a fun time in the Seventies, but there were three things that sucked immaculate about the Seventies:
1. The Clothes
2. The Hair
3. The Cars.
Other than those things, it was fun!

Call it J.C Penney’s private flash crash.
The stock today plunged 19.7% to close at $26.57. That’s even worse than Black Monday 1987. On that day, the stock lost a hair less, 19.2%.
It’s unclear if this is the stock’s worst day ever. (Perhaps it suffered an even worse day during the 1930s.) However, it is clear that this is the worst single-day performance in the past 40 years. That’s as far back as our FactSet data goes.*

They used to make pretty decent clothes for men at the moderate price range, now, the buttons fall off and the shoulder seams come apart after a few washings. I’m done with them, even before the sodomy sell-out.
I’ve got a late ‘60’s catalog, right before the cultural s-— hit the fan. The differences in styles and taste of that period compared to a few years later was utterly unbelievable.
They can take Ellen Degenerate and their lesbos and croak for all I care. I’m done with them.

Just talked to a customer service operator about how my family will no longer be shopping at JC Penny due to the 2 homosexual moms featured in the catalog. I said that it must be more than me that is upset as their stock is diving.
Woman was very nice and said “We’re in the same boat, I agree with you”.
