If he can’t legally work here how can he practice law no matter his qualifications? Also, a lawyer is an officer of the court and as such his illegal status should disqualify him. Also, if he loses a case, would that not be the basis of an appeal?
They will have to allow him so he can file his own appeal when they deny him.Sounds stupid.
