A treasure trove of evidence was released today in the Zimmerman case. Please make special note of the embroidery on the back of Zimmerman's sweatshirt. Love it!

Video of Traydemark at 7-11. Even though I've known for a while how tall he was, it's shocking to me to see him standing at the counter towering over the clerk here.IF you want to get a good idea of just how imposing a figure he was, watch the portion from 6:02 to about 6:28 as he walks away from the camera and then turns and comes back towards the camera. This was not a little kid, by any stretch of the imagination.
WFTV's report on all the new evidence from tonight's news. Note that according to Kathy Belich, all of the witness statements align with George Zimmerman's version of events EXCEPT DeeDee's story.
Zimmerman is a red-shirt. He's not beaming back safely aboard the Enterprise.

I think you spotted the reason why the MSM pimps and prostitutes only showed the 12 yr old kid photos of Trayvon. When you see the pictures of Zimmerman, he probably is 5’6” to 5’8” tall and 150 -160 pounds. Trayvon is 6’ plus and prabably 180 lbs or more.
I don’t mean to be racist, but is that Watermelon Ice Tea that Trayvon was quaffing?
(I denounce myself in advance)
Leftist Aol Huffington Post, is reporting traces of TLC (Marijuana) found in Martin’s blood.
It is! I’m speechless...
He definitely looks stoned.
It takes him forever to pay. He is rocking back and forth as well as forward to back, and occasionally rocks forward until he leans onto the counter.
As he leaves he goes in the wrong direction before figuring out where he came in.
I’d love to talk to that clerk from 7-11 and ask him to describe Trayvon’s behavior that night. I couldn’t believe how long it took him to count out those coins to pay. Also, did you notice how his pants were way down low on his hips?
theres a grainy black and white pic of Zimmerman’s nose before it was cleaned up at the scene too. It’s on some thread around here somewhere.
What nice hands Mr. Zimmerman has.
Those are violinist’s hands. Or pianist’s hands.
OK. I’m no gun expert, but that is the oddest looking gun I have seen. It’s like the front part of the barrel is missing, and bent.
It would be nice to know what ammo he used in the Kel-tec PF9. I carry one of those when I need a little subcompact, and load it with Hornady Critical Defense.
With this evidence, how in the world could they, in good conscience, arrest Zimmerman? He may be the recipient of a large settlement due to the DA caving to a jilted public’s opinion.
The autopsy should give TM’s weight, I’ve always seen it listed as 145 lbs or something, but he was well over 6 feet. Well, the media misrepresented so much who knows until we get the facts.
I couldn’t see that TM was high from the video, not saying he wasn’t.
Does ANYONE here actually believe that factual EVIDENCE will trump the political agenda?
It was pressure from the Obama administration that coused the charges to be filed. Obama weighed in on the case, then sent the Justice Department down there to apply pressure.
But certainly not the hands of a boxer, who was just in a fight with someone else who DID have injuries to his knuckles.
The gun has that appearance because the slide is pulled back and locked. When the slide is in the forward position, the barrel points straight ahead and the slide is flush with the front and rear of the pistol.
If someone came in my store dressed like that with a hood on I would tell them to get out. There is no reason to have that hood on except to hide his identity.
He acts as if he is drunk or drugged the way he moves so slowly. He was up to no good, IMO.
If the prosecutor insists on going to trial with a second-degree murder case against him, it will be a short jury verdict unless its a mistrial. No way will he be convicted. If a mistrial the DA will look long and hard at retrying the case.
You know how the MSM loves to put on the air these sorts of videos of a gas station or 7-11 or whatever security cam whenever some incident occurs in such a place?
Why didn’t they get the footage here to put on the air?
Because, as you suggested, the public would have seen that Trayvon was bigger than the MSM narrative claimed and they would have seen that he was stoned.
The MSM are scum.
Just damn. Nothing like living up to all the stereotypes there, Tray.
Hydrostatic shock comes to mind.
The rounds sort of look like my Talons.

All they have to do is get a jury of all liberals.
John Travolta? Is that you...?
The slide is in the open, locked position. It is perfectly normal for this type of firearm.

I think all you’re seeing is the inner barrel float because the slide is back.
Normal and actually common for small pistols. Tilting barrel.
John Browning design, I believe.
This is looking like a huge backfire coming the way of “some.” Tayvon acted, stupidly......
I believe it was the Florida medical examiner who determined the wound was a “contact” wound from a gun fired at point blank range. But they are trying to make something out of the county examiner concluding the shot was from “intermediate” range, however intermediate is not defined.
Another article I just read is touting a police report that night finding that the “encounter” was “ultimately avoidable” by Zimmerman, but the article headline says the SHOOTING was “ultimately avoidable”.
It’s kind of obvious at this point what really happened, and even if there is an issue about legal culpability, this case certainly doesn’t support any of the racial firestorm created by the media.
It’s not a case of a defenseless little kid who gets hunted down and shot dead for racial reasons.
There will be no jury trial.
Under the Florida stand your ground law the first stage of the trial process is a bench trial (i.e., before the judge alone as trier of fact) on the question solely of self-defense.
If Zimmerman proves to the satisfaction of the judge by a preponderance of the evidence that he acted in self-defense, the judge will acquit him.
Based on the evidence revealed so far, Zimmerman's case for self-defense is much stronger than a mere preponderance of the evidence.
I hope the judge is a man of strong character and integrity because no matter what the evidence shows he will be branded as a racist by Obama's allies if he finds for Zimmerman.
It takes him forever to pay. He is rocking back and forth as well as forward to back, and occasionally rocks forward until he leans onto the counter.
As he leaves he goes in the wrong direction before figuring out where he came in.
Agreed, this proves Zimmerman was not embellishing on the 911 call.
Looks like the special prosecutor’s case hinged on.....well actually nothing, unless caving into mob rule is now a grounds for indictment & prosecution. If the judge has any balls whatsoever, he should throw this case out on it’s ear, and give a strong verbal warning to the prosecutor to never show up with another flimsy case like this. However, since Holder & his racist justice dept are chomping at the bit to bring civil right’s charges against Zimmerman, perhaps it is better to go to trial and see the whole thing shot down in court.
I think it is what they call a drop block breach.
It’s OK, it just looks like that.
Two things I noticed from the store video:
Martin tries to buy cigarettes and is refused by the clerk (see the clerk gesture to the cartons of cigarettes up behind the counter and how he shakes his head No).
The clerk engages in self-grooming gestures (scratches the side of his head) after Martin gives him the money and then again as Martin is leaving the store. The clerk also does some stretching exercises as he watches Martin exit. The clerk’s body language shows nervousness.
Not to mention a lawsuit against NBC for the ‘ooops edit’ of the 911 tape.
My computer is too slow; just shows choppy images every 5-10 seconds.
Question on the PF9. When the slide is back like that, does the guide rod raise up like that? That seems strange to me.
S&B, I read soemwhere.
“Getting out of one’s car is not a crime. Either is following someone in public. Using a “but for” analysis, why didn’t the officer conclude that had Trayvon not smacked Zimmerman, he would still be alive? That appears to be a far more immediate cause of the shooting than Zimmerman’s getting out of his car.
It’s also an unsupportable theory for criminal liability. How far back do you go? One could say if Zimmerman stayed home that night and didn’t go to the store, Trayvon would be alive. Or if Trayvon had stayed home and not gone to 7-11 that night, he would still be alive. But for a hundred things, Trayvon would be alive. (If only an airline passenger had taken a different plane, he wouldn’t have gone down with the flight. If only a person took a different route to the store, or left home 10 minutes later, he could have avoided a fatal car accident and would still be alive.) They are all true, but they are not a basis for charging a crime.”

"Intermediate" is a term of art for these purposes as used by forensic examiners. One can see from the autopsy diagram that the stippling pattern from the gunshot residue was of 2" diameter, so I don't expect there to be a serious issue as to the distance at which the gun was fired.
Was it raining inside the convenience store? The clerk seemed nervous. He left the area of the cash register when Teevon didn’t leave, after making his purchase. Teevon then walked back down the aisle, to pick something off the floor, then left.
