I've watched people use the system so badly that I want to puke choke. The worse, for me, are the Chinese. For the MOST part they don't need the entitlement funds because they are (as I said, for the most part) successful--but they take the dough.
It's all part of this problem of entitlement. Who the HELL gave ANYONE over 18, mentally competent and physically healthy the RIGHT or authority to take money because, boo-hoo, my ancestors were treated right or "my" ethnic group doesn't have as big a piece of the pie (MONEY) as the whites?!

The new meme being circulated on the local blogs is that she was recruited by Penn and Harvard and there was no application for her to check off. That’s not how it’s done at Ivy League schools. I guess Job Applications are only for us little people.

That was put out by a fellow Law Professor who contributed $250 to her campaign. I don't buy it. I have been recruited for jobs and H.R. always has made me fill out an application form. If anything the form allows H.R. to perform a background check on myself as I sign a waiver on the form.

My eldest daughter (some years ago)took piano lessons from a Chinese lady. She was a single mother with one daughter; and, when my girl was looking at colleges she enthusiastically told me that there are lots and lots of scholarships out there. I nearly laughed in her face (I didn't); but, it really struck me that this woman honestly believed the BS that they were now getting things that "Whites" had always gotten.
