So if you were planning a three week tour this coming September
to France, Germany (Munich) Italy, and Barcelona
which one of these would you avoid ?
I may scrap the whole trip.
Avoid Barcelona at all costs. The place has been and is full of anarchists and Communist of all stripes. Italy should be fine as long as you stay north of Rome. South Italy is a parasite on the productive industrious north.
