IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT UPCOMING TREATIES
FIRST COAST TEA PARTY ^ | May19, 2012 | FIRST COAST TEA PARTY

Posted on 05/19/2012 8:00:56 PM PDT by SWAMPSNIPER

Passing this on, please help spread it around.

This is a release from First Coast Tea Party. It applies to all of us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT UPCOMING TREATIES - IF PASSED THEY CAN ONLY BE REPEALED WITH A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.. ACTION IS NEEDED

Ya know that button with George Bush's picture asking "DO YOU MISS ME YET" on it? Well I own one of those buttons and I think it is time to put in on my jacket. In my last email I sent you all an attachment with 6 Treaties that are in the pipeline. Do your own research about these treaties. I have only included the parts of these Treaties that we can all relate to and understand how devastating these items would be to our freedom and our sovereignty. These are not new Treaties. They have been around for years and have been dismantled by previous Presidents. George Bush reversed Clinton's decision to participate in the Kyoto Protocol and he refused to support a gun ban. Although not perfect he did more to stop many of the destructive actions to destroy our sovereignty than most. I am again attaching the list of Treaties and I ask that you take them seriously. If you are the member of a group, a leader, a neighbor, family member we must educate people (pass the paper around to neighbors) and communicate to our Senators that we demand a NO vote on any of these Treaties. The Law of the Sea Treaty is scheduled for a vote in June. Please consider a postcard drive for the entire month of June. Send postcards to all Republican US Senators - VOTE NO ON ALL TREATIES - VOTE NO FOR LAW OF THE SEE TREATY. You can purchase 1000 Gadsden postcards for 85.00 dollars. Go to: agenda21today.com under the STORE tab. Make phone calls. BUT MAKE NOISE!! http://www.reuters.com/article/2009/10/15/us-arms-usa-treaty-idUSTRE59E0Q920091015

PLEASE PLEASE GET ALL OVER THIS. We need an all out blitz. As you will see from the first article this could go to the Senate in a matter of days and there will be no fanfare. They will sneak this over on us. A Treaty DOES NOT go to the House. A Treaty CAN NOT be repealed!! Please see the list attached to the article and start making calls, spread the word, send emails and send postcards!!! And send them until this Treaty is dead. Attached below is some excellent information and resources about the Law of the Sea Treaty. Ms. Hillary is EVERY bit as dangerous as Obama. I think she is more dangerous than Obama because she actually has brains. John Kerry is another one we need to get rid of. He had a big role in pushing Agenda 21 too. http://www.trevorloudon.com/2012/05/maritime-attack-law-of-the-sea-treaty-in-us-senate-for-approval/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+NewZeal+%28New+Zeal+Blog%29 http://www.jbs.org/legislation/senate-poised-to-give-the-un-control-of-everything-about-the-oceans-by-ratifying-the-law-of-the-sea-treaty-lost http://www.eagleforum.org/publications/column/2012-05-16.html http://www.heritage.org/research/reports/2012/03/accession-to-un-convention-on-the-law-of-the-sea

And some info on Rights of the Child. If you don't like being a parent. If you don't like making decisions for the best interest of your child. If you want more of your tax dollars going over seas and supplying more to welfare and medicaid in America. If you hate homeschooling. If you do not wish to baptize your child into the religion of his or her parents THEN this Treaty is for you. http://www.dickmorris.com/clinton-obama-un-to-tell-us-how-to-raise-our-children/ In 2009-2010 Session the Dems tried to pass legislation that would promote Agenda 21. Livability Community Act. The bills did not get passed. They were S1619/HR4690. But I found these bills were given new numbers and are currently active. The bills are: S1621 and HR 3325. I also found another bill that will do the same thing plus adding Urban Revitalization (HR709). I am attaching a blog that was written about S1619/HR4690 and an article done by Tom DeWeese on these bills. Although the numbers have changed the content and most of the co-sponsors have not. So I feel this blog and Tom's article is pertinent in understanding these bills. I have placed both bills on my TRACKER and if they move I will know. If they move we MUST flood them with calls and emails. http://adriennescatholiccorner.blogspot.com/2010/09/livable-communities-act-s1619.html http://www.lewrockwell.com/yates/yates63.html (jammed packed with goodies) http://americanpolicy.org/2010/09/07/“livable-communities”-is-a-socialist-trap/ (article about Livability Communities Act by Tom DeWeese) http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/C?c112:./temp/~c112EPui2h HR 709 http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/C?c112:./temp/~c1126YQ7uS HR 3325 http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d112:s.01621: S1621

Ok now this is just too much!!! This is how it goes. They chip away and chip away until you eventually can't even walk on your property. These very same "neighbors" that are happy with the regulation will be the same neighbors that complain because there are leaves all over the place. http://www1.whdh.com/news/articles/local/metro-west/12007481445384/arlington-passes-seasonal-leaf-blower-ban/

Gotta love Charles Krauthammer. LOCK AND LOAD!! http://www.wnd.com/2012/05/feds-clearing-way-for-drones-over-your-house/ PLEASE take the time to read this article. As our media (and that include FOX) divert our attentions to issue that have nothing to do with the BIG issue we are following as they knew we would. Saving our freedom from a complete Communist takeover is THE ONLY issue. If we lose focus of this concept nothing else that is going on will matter. Iran attacking our country, illegals coming across our borders, who sleeps with who, pro-life vs pro-abortion............NONE OF IT MATTERS folks if we lose our freedom and we are so close many of us can taste it. Stay focused on what brought the Tea Party to fruition. FIGHTING FOR OUR FREEDOM, LIBERTY, CONSTITUTION. If we lose them what else matters???? If you think Romney is the answer then you are not paying attention. You have not done your homework. You are allowing the media to cloud the REAL issue. http://theintelhub.com/2012/05/11/why-i-hate-republicans-including-tea-partiers-even-more-than-i-hate-democrats/

SCOTUS is hanging by a thread, I don’t count on it in the long term.

The first action you need to take is read the Constitution. Once you've gotten educated, come back and try again.

There is a simpler solution if Obama starts ramming stuff down our throats.

Simply ignore the “laws” and let him try to enforce them.

Think it’s that simple, do you?

So, how much “passive resistance” have you done?

Sometimes you have to get the attention of the obtuse.

These are bad treaties, constitutional validity aside.

These are bad treaties, constitutional validity aside.

Bad treaties can be overturned by majority vote by the House and Senate followed by a Presidential signature.

No amendment required.

There is no good reason not to try blocking them at the root.

I put in about 12 hours a day on political projects as it is, don't have time to critique everything coming my way.

As long as it's basically on track and gets the word out I'm OK with it.

When I log on for the average morning it's common for a couple of hundred emails to come in all at once. No way can I keep up, I just keep plugging.

Doesn’t take a 60 votes in the Senate to pass a treaty? If so the Republicans have enough to stop any treaty!

67 votes to pass a treaty. <

A number of useless GOP Senators have already indicated their intentions to vote for LOST -- Lugar, McCain, Graham, Snowe, Collins, that ilk.

You understood my post as “passive resistance.” I understood it as willfully ignoring the laws and dictates of Chairman Maobama when these treaties start getting passed and signed, assuming that happens (and it could). I expect my great state of Texas to join me.

Let me put it another way: do you pay your taxes? Or do you refuse?

If you refuse, you can be killed. Tax refusers (opposers of the governemnt, “sovereign citizens” mm) are routinely overrun and/or killed. Even Wesley Snipes, when he took tax advice from people the left don’t like, got to taste the whip.

Until something very radical happens, the govt will tell you what to accept. And how to like it.

Neither can a lot of what has already superseded the Constitution...

“Treaties cannot supersede the Constitution”

So true.

Plus there are not 67 votes for this POS in the Senate. Every GOP senator would have to vote for it. Rand Paul, Jim DeMint and probably Marco Rubio would never do it. Our two RINO’s here in GA will probably vote for it in a heartbeat. However as a hedge I urge all freepers to contact their GOP senators just to make sure they know you are paying attention.

Lugar, McCain, Graham

These three should hold their ground! Lugar is iffy but Senator limp back from SC will hold because he is up for re-election this year I think!

Lugar is a co-sponsor and one of the floor managers for LOST. It's not coming up until June at his specific request -- so he could run his primary campaign without his role in LOST being known. He's committed to support it.

Grahm isn't up for re-election until 2014. He'll do whatever McCain wants him to do.
