Negotiating with Terrorists Junkies Progressives

I forced myself to watch Bill Maher this Friday as I was trying to chart out this column. Thankfully I hadn’t just eaten.

It was sickening to listen as cerebral dwarves Maher and some not-so-bright jackass from the fascist rag The Nation talked about how Republicans and the Tea Party are evil and the cause of all our economic problems while Rhodes Scholar and former U.S. Sen. Bill Bradley, D-N.J. sat there smirking like a broken Muppet. The world in which progressives live makes the world J.K. Rowling created for Harry Potter seem normal.

And it wasn’t just the economy conservatives had wrecked. This august panel also blamed conservatives and the Tea Party for what they determined was the rebirth of racism in this country. More than that, they believe racism is worse now that at any time in recent history. The evidence of this, as is often the case with progressives, is their say-so. There’s nothing like being lectured by three wealthy white progressives about the plight of minorities in the world.

Maher’s show is the hollowed-out tree for intellectual elves on the political left to gather and make themselves feel good about their failed ideas…outside of MSNBC, naturally. As such, these elfin academics took a moment to lament the primary loss of Sen. Richard Lugar, R-ish-Ind., to Richard Mourdock because Mourdock doesn’t support “compromise.” That got me wondering – How do you compromise with people like this?

Many progressives scoffed at the concept of a “War on Terrorism.” Many more equated the United States to the terrorists who attacked us on 9/11. Still others subscribed to the stupidity that if only we’d talk with our attackers, find out what they want and negotiate with them we could avoid attacks in the future.

Putting aside the fact that these are the same people who demand terrorists at Gitmo get a presumption of innocence and due process yet simultaneously call for the head of George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin case, how do you negotiate with a terrorist?

Turns out it’s strikingly similar to negotiating with a progressive. You don’t. Not at all.

Chief amongst the desires of al Qaeda is us dead and Israel destroyed. Assuming your position is not wanting to be dead and not having Israel destroyed, which can be a lot to ask of far too many progressives these days, what do you compromise on? Allow them to murder some of us and destroy part of Israel?

Progressives’ goal is to raise taxes, spend more, grow government and make an ever-growing number of people dependent on government services, so those people will vote continually to keep them in power. Conservatives, though not necessarily Republicans, seek to bind the government to the Constitution, that pesky document that progressives all too often treat as a small speed bump on their way to their tyrannical Utopia.

Conservatives want less government involvement in people’s lives, smaller, constitutionally limited government and lower taxes for everyone. When two sides are pitted against one another, one side wanting higher taxes and more spending while the other wants lower taxes, or at least no increase, and less spending (or even just a decrease in the rate of increase) how do they compromise? Where is the middle ground?

It’s always the side that wants a bigger, more intrusive, ever-expanding government who wins in that compromise, no matter how much “compromise” there is, because they get more. And the goal is always “more.”

Progressives are like heroin addicts, only less honest. They both want “just one last fix” before they’ve finally had enough and will get serious about quitting. But a junkie will ask you for money for that next fix; progressives simply will deem a need for more of your money and then vote to take it. Neither is ever really done, and “just one more” is never enough with either.

The simple fact is there is no negotiating with terrorists or junkies just as there is no negotiating with progressives. “Compromise” might as well have six fewer letters when it comes to protecting individual liberty because there is simply no room for it anymore. We’ve already given away too much of our founding soul to give away any more and remain the nation, the people, we are meant to be.

There’s a reason all the people of the world who seek freedom and opportunity always try to come here. For them, and for our future, we can not allow politicians to negotiate that away any further in the name of compromise.

” We’ve already given away too much of our founding soul to give away any more and remain the nation, the people, we are meant to be. “

Somebody finally gets it - this election is about much more than whether a particular candidate has an “R” or a “D” on his/her jersey...

During the ‘debate’ running up to the ‘passage’ of Obamacare, an anonymous taxpayer stood up in a townhall and told Sen. Grassley, “We don’t want you to make a deal; we don’t want any more compromises; we want you to stand up and FIGHT for us!!” (quote is approximate, but the gist is accurate - maybe someone familiar with youtube can find the clip)

It is very simple.

You have a dollar. Progressives want it.

Rather than ignoring them as a conservative would do, Republicans agree to negotiate. Soon, you have only 50 cents.

The cycle repeats until you have nearly nothing.

This is the way our Federal Government works now. We must compromise away our wealth & freedom, one bill at a time, just because Progressives want to take them away.

Note that for every new piece of legislation, some American is deprived of his wealth & freedom. Laws now are not written to benefit all, but rather to take from some & give to others. This, above all, is the reason we must have the smallest gov’t & fewest laws possible.

A few weeks ago, my wife, our dog, & I went to the beach for a picnic. The place we go allows dogs on the beach, or so we thought. As we paid the toll lady for access, she noticed the dog. She mentioned that we must stay between the pier & a wildlife refuge sign (we never saw it), or face a Federal $10,000 fine & felony charges for the dog trespassing on refuge land.

Felony charges? $10,000 fine? For a dog, & a small one, at that? It couldn't have been the poop, as the beach was covered with dead fish, dead birds, flotsam, jetsam, & plain old litter. Who has been murdered, raped, assaulted, or robbed, by a little dog running on an empty beach?

What right do lawmakers have that allows them to make a felony of walking a dog ANYWHERE? Is walking a dog so evil as to be a felony, or is Congress simply trying to take the rights of a many citizens it can, one tyrannical law or regulation at a time. What a clever way to disenfranchise & disarm whole segments of the population - criminalize their innocent behavior.

Convicted felons may not vote unless pardoned, & may NEVER possess a gun. Felon's property can be searched without a warrant, in many cases. Even felonious dog walkers, illegal campers, hunters without a portfolio of licenses, & anybody else ignorant of the millions of pages of Federal laws & regulations, ie., virtually everybody.

What better way to deprive the people of life, liberty, property, & rights than to pass so many laws that virtually anybody the Feds want to prosecute becomes a sub-citizen-slave - a felon?

This is just plain old tyranny, IMO.

It is nice to see some people are finally starting to get it...

The government is nothing more than a corporation and has not authority over anyone unless you submit yourself to their jurisdication.

They do this by virtue of “Contract”. They ‘Con’ the people into surrendering their rights when you enter into contract with them and then you are subject to their rules.

Read below, this is history that we were never taught while in school and ALL of it is available online if you know where and what to start looking for. Now, due your own due diligence:

ACT OF 1871

The United States Isn’t a Country; It’s a Corporation! In preparation for stealing America, the puppets of Britain’s banking cabal had already created a second government, a Shadow Government designed to manage what the common herd believed was a democracy, but what really was an incorporated UNITED STATES. Together this chimera, this two-headed monster, disallowed the common herd all rights of sui juris [a natural person possessing full civil rights — you, in your sovereignty].

Congress, with no authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten-mile square parcel of land. WHY and HOW did they do so? First, the Civil War was, in fact, little more than a calculated front with fancy footwork by backroom players. It was also a strategic maneuver by British and European interests (international bankers) intent on gaining a stranglehold on the coffers of America. And, because Congress knew our country was in dire financial straits, certain members of Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone’s pie) . . . There you have the WHY, why members of Congress permitted the international bankers to gain further control of America . . .

Then, by passing the Act of 1871, Congress formed a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, shoved the organic version of the Constitution aside by changing the word ‘for’ to ‘of’ in the title. Let me explain: the original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers read: ‘The Constitution for the united states of America.’ [note that neither the words ‘united’ nor ‘states’ began with capital letters] But the ‘CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ is a corporate constitution, which is absolutely NOT the same document you think it is. First of all, it ended all our rights of sovereignty [sui juris]. So you now have the HOW, how the international bankers got their hands on THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

However, our previous congresscritters were forced to give we the people a “remedy” from the ‘corporation’, other wise it would have been found unconstitutional and struck down.

People have forgotten to study the “Real” law over the past 6-7 decades which is how and why we are where we are today.

Read below:

THE UCC CONNECTION

FORWARD

This is slightly condensed, casually paraphrased transcript of tapes of a seminar given in 1990 by Howard Freeman. It was prepared to make available the knowledge and experience of Mr. Freeman in his search for an accessible and understandable explanation of the confusing state of the government and the courts. It should be helpful to those who may have difficulty learning from such lectures, or those who want to develop a deeper understanding of this information without having to listen to three or four hours of recorded material.

The frustration many Americans feel about our judicial system can be overwhelming and often frightening; and like most fear, eventually, with the seemingly tyrannical power of some governmental agency and the mystifying and awesome power of the courts. We have been taught that we must “get a good lawyer,” but that is becoming increasingly difficult, if not impossible. If we are defending ourselves from the government, we find that the lawyers quickly take our money, and then tell us as the ship is sinking, “I can’t help you with that - I’m an officer of the court.”

Ultimately, the only way for us to have even a “snowball’s chance …” is to understand the RULES OF THE GAME, and to come to an understanding of the true nature of the Law. The attorney lawyers have established and secured a virtual monopoly over this area of human knowledge by implying that the subject is just too difficult for the average person to understand, and by creating a separate vocabulary out of English words of otherwise common usage. While it may, at times, seem hopelessly complicated, it is not that difficult to grasp - are lawyers really as smart as they would have us believe? Besides, anyone who has been through a legal battle against the government with the aid of a lawyer has come to realize that lawyers learn about procedure, not about law. Mr. Freeman admits that he is not a lawyer, and as much, he has a way of explaining law to us that puts it well within our reach. Consider also that the framers of the Constitution wrote in language simple enough that the people could understand, specifically so that it would not have to be interpreted.

So again we find, as in many other areas of life, that “THE BUCK STOPS HERE!” It is we who must take the responsibility for finding and putting to good use the TRUTH. It is we who must claim and defend our God-given rights and our freedom from those who would take from us. It is we who must protect ourselves, our families and our posterity from the inevitable intrusion into our lives by those who live parasitically off the labor, skill and talents of others.

To these ends, Mr. Freeman offers a simple, hopeful explanation of our plight and a peaceful method of dealing with it. Please take note that this lecture represents one chapter in the book of his understanding, which he is always refining, expanding, improving. It is, as all bits of wisdom are, a point of departure from which to begin our own journey into understanding, that we all might be able to pass on to others; greater knowledge and hope, and to God: the gift of lives in peace, freedom and praise.

“I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove.”

This is a good read also if you are inclined to seek the truth of what the politicians have done to us over the years.

Osama told us what he wanted. He said the US would only have peace when we became an Islamic country, governed under the rules of the Koran.

I pretty much understand what the pols have done & continue to do TO this country in their corrupt quest for power & money.

What I want to know is how we reverse this debacle & insure it never happens again. I am not sure humans are capable of such. I fear the outcome will be bloody, with no assurance that right will triumph over wrong.

A look at history shows that evil has had far more success than good. Freedom, democracy, & the rule of law haven't lasted very long anywhere, ever. Large areas of the world have never experienced these things in recorded history. Current world politics are dominated by tyranny. Even the Bible predicts Armageddon to destroy a world dominated by evil.

I am not optimistic for either the USA or the World.

Unfortunately, most people suffer from “Normalcy Bias”.

It is amzing how people will refuse the truth when presented to them, which makes it damn near impossible to ever get the people to unite against the government.

I just keep trying to educate as many who will listen and hope they will try and do the same...
