New York City council speaker Christine Quinn has married her longtime partner Kim Catullo on Saturday in a private ceremony on a sunny, warm spring evening.
The city council's first openly gay speaker and Catullo were walked down the aisle by their fathers. Quinn wore a gown made by designer Carolina Herrera. Catullo, a lawyer, wore a cream silk suit designed by Ralph Lauren.
The theme of the wedding was 'Spring in New York,' and was inspired by the High Line city park, around the corner from the venue in Manhattan's Chelsea neighbourhood.

Among the guests in attendance were Gov. Andrew Cuomo, as well as Mayor Michael Bloomberg and New York Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand and Charles Schumer.
It was a private end to a public battle over the right for same-sex marriage. Quinn, along with many others, lobbied for the law that New York passed last summer.

Instead of applauding, they should all be laughing. It really is comical, one pretends to be the man.....the other a female. I’m still laughing.
I didn’t know that they still had stockyards in NYC.

I love my daughter and my Grand dauighters, and I am sure I would still love them if they were Homosexual, but I will be damned if I would walk her down an aisle and turn her over to another fruit.
We live in a sick society and parental love is being used against us to lend credence to their sickness.

Really; what a freak show. They can still wear white when they renew their vows, as there is no, er...”consumation”. If this is one of those “weddings” where there is a brunch the next morning, what do the guests think of the “couple’s” first night? (barf)
Look around, these animals are openly moving into positions of power, and if you DON’T think that they will use that power to crush the God-fearing, then you haven;t been paying attention...to the Word of God or to history itself.

All the NYC trash was there, for sure.
There are many lesbians who make an effort to work in jobs where they will not have to interact closely with men, for that reason. There are other women who are bisexual and are fine around men.
Most are lesbos because they are too ugly to attract any man, and lesbos tend to have much lower standards.
Clearly both are woman so the 'picture' they are attempting to protray is a fraud in every sense of the word.
When I see nonesense as this I cannot help but laugh...they are indeed "playing make believe"....and I choose reality.
Marriage has and always will be between a man and woman....what this is is fraud....it's not even a counterfeit!
