My questions is WHY is government the answer to every problem. There is very little difference in this response whether liberal or conservative. THE ANSWER TO EVERY PROBLEM IS GOVERNEMNT.

We use to live by the Golden Rule. FIRST you go talk to the neighbor and see if you can resolve the issue. Then you involve the neighbors. If that didn't resolve it you might go to local govt but in the old days that didn't happen very often because you looked like a fool.

NOW, when we don't like the local rule, we take it to the state level, and if we don't get the answer we want we go to the federal level, so we have a federal rule that no one in the whole damn country can have chickens.

Even in the liberal town of Ames, Iowa you can have chickens in your back yard, just no roosters.

The world does not revolve around YOU or ME! You want freedom, you have to give some. You want to regulate your neighbor, expect to be regulated. I LIKE AND VALUE FREEDOM.
