The chief investigator in the high-profile John Doe investigation into former Milwaukee County employees who worked for now-Governor Scott Walker has a Walker recall yard sign in his front lawn, and a pro-labor Blue Fist icon poster on the front door of his home. The news could call into question the present impartiality of the probe at a time when Democrat gubernatorial candidate Tom Barrett and his allies have begun to use the issue as a top talking point.

I know somebody who currently works for Walker. Restrictions on her are so tight that I cannot talk to her at work about ANYTHING political — even so far as to ask if she is coming to such and such reception, or comment that things are going well. It is all business, all the time; and that it how it should be, even if our friendship dates back more than 20 years.
Wisconsin John Doe chief investigator displays recall sign in yard. Bias?
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.
And yet, Mayor Barrett’s wife was found to have used the MPS email servers to lobby Madison legislators. That was shrugged off with ‘well, she doesn’t work for MPS anymore’. Uh huh.
If that’s true then the other side has already won - we are East Germany reborn.
What else is new?...”It’s my kitty’s sign...”
Sounds like he should be a suspect not the investigator.

That reminds me of my cousin stationed in SoKor and I could not get anything straight even over e-mail. But he hinted in a series of codes we invented that mostly everyone on base there hates the kenyan p=resident, especially when he visited.
If I were a lib, I’d be laughing, smiling and flipping everyone the bird too.
No one is even lifting a finger to stop them. :(
During WWII my uncle (actually all my uncles) was in the Navy. One of them survived Pearl Harbor and spent the rest of the War sailing back and forth across the Pacific.
When he wrote home, my grandmother would gather the remainder of the family together and read us the letter. In one of his letters he asked "Is Betty Lyn still engaged to Philip?" Since I was 5 years old at the time, everybody was really puzzled. My gruff grandfather said, "Stupid women. He's telling us that he's heading toward the Philipines. Can't you figure out anything?"
Sure enough, after the War was over, we found out that his ship had been assigned to evacuate the gold out of the Philipine Treasury and transport it to Seattle for safekeeping.
That’s a good one. There’s a rumor that comes out of the military e-mails that if a soldier writes “Nothing much. Latrine duty at 1300 (or insert time)”, that means he’s ordered to be on obama’s security detail if he ever visits a military base. ;)
And a peace sign of some sort in the flower bed.
Welcome to Wisconsin! Assistant District Attorney’s are actually unionized State of Wisconsin employees. This changed about 20 years ago. They report to the elected DA, but are state employees. The Assistant DA’s union was the only State of Wisconsin employee union to refuse then Gov. Doyle’s furlough days. Expect no impartiality.
Latrine duty, LMAO!!
