The final chain of events may have started with Mr. Zimmerman getting out of his car, but it ended with Mr. Martin on top of him bashing the life out of him. The latter is not a consequence of the former. Mr. Zimmerman had every right to get out of his car for any reason. Mr. Zimmerman had no obligation to stay in his car and being assaulted is not a foreseeable outcome of leaving a vehicle in your own neighborhood. It may be that some other outcome would have been reached had he stayed in the car, but the outcome that was reached was entirely due to Mr. Martin's actions, as far as we know today, based on the evidence.

There's a story out there today about a lady who got beaten up while sitting in her car at a Mickey D's drive-thru. The Amish thugs are willing to deliver a beat down to a cracker no matter where, even in the safety of your own car.

The lefties are forgetting that they demand that it is not nice to blame a woman’s rape on what she wore, where she went, whether she was alone, how she walked, etc. NEVER blame the victim for causing the rape.

But with Zim, the white hispanic, that is the only way to see the case. The victim shouldn’t have been where he was. He shouldn’t have looked white. He shouldn’t have got out of his car. He shouldn’t have tracked Layvon. He shouldn’t have looked suspicious. He shouldn’t have got involved. He shouldn’t have had a gun, etc.
