The free training will feature breakout sessions.
Educational materials will be given to all attendees, including a copy of The Wrong Family and The Big Lie DVDs, produced by the attorney general's office. This all day training is intended for law enforcement AND members of the community. Ideal attendees are School Resource Officers, officers who work with kids or gang members, juvenile probation officers, teachers, counselors, or any other community personnel who work with kids or gang members.
This training qualifies for 2 legal, 6.25 career development, and 2 cultural diversity PIC hours and 1.5 CLE credits.
