He's right and wrong at the same time. Bush RINOs were responsible for the initial irresponsible outrageous spending. Obama and his minions think that "cleaning it up" means spending double that amount and locking it into the budget forever.
Our current problem is caused by the two party cabal. They are both responsible and neither deserves to be elected.

Bush RINOs were responsible for the initial irresponsible outrageous spending. Not all of it. The previous administrations actions, or inaction, had a lot to do with it.
