Convicted bomber Kimberlin, Rauhauser, Brynaert, and their campaign of political terrorism

You’re about to listen to one of the most bone-chilling pieces of audio you will ever hear. At least, it was to me when I first heard it.

It’s a phone call that could have gotten me killed.

In this post you will hear that audio clip. You will also read about a months-long campaign of harassment carried out by at least three individuals: Ron Brynaert, Neal Rauhauser, and Brett Kimberlin — much of it directed at critics of Brett Kimberlin. This harassment includes repeated references to critics’ family members, workplace complaints, publication of personal information such as home addresses and pictures of residences, bogus allegations of criminal activity, whisper campaigns, frivolous legal actions, and frivolous State Bar complaints.

And finally, you will hear a comparison of one of those men’s voices to that of the man who made the call that sent police to my home. And you’ll read a declaration from a forensic audio expert comparing those two voices.

Kimberlin is a domestic terrorist that is receiving funding from Barbara Streisand and the Tides Foundation. Scary stuff.

The involved Conservative bloggers need to team up, hire a real pit bull team of attorneys, and then use this animal’s own lawfare tactics against him. Fire with fire-—there’s no way he can defend against a coordinated legal counterattack, both in local and federal courts (since his activities reach across state lines) with as much evidence laying around as there is.

Surely there is some deep Conservative pockets out there that could bankroll such a counterattack?

As mentioned, I remember Kimberlin when I was a kid living in Indy. He should have remained in prison for life and not freed. He is still a real POS and a SOB !

Patterico has been at pains to point out that Kimberlin is a common criminal, and to not make this a "left vs. right" issue. I think he's wrong: Kimberlin is certainly that, but his tactics, and those of his associates, are straight out of the lefty and union organizer's playbook.

Remember the saga that Freeper Don Adams went through? (Refresh your memory here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1989643/posts )

He and his sister were assaulted by Teamster goons, then charged themselves (falsely) with assault, then sued.

Sound familiar?

Remember any of the shenanigans during the 2006 debate over immigration reform? National Lawyers Guild and SEIU thugs were similarly aggressive with strong-border advocates here in California and in Arizona.

And then there's the SEIU purple-shirt thugs with their more recent tactics of picketing bank executives homes, assaulting Tea Party protesters...

Oh, and how about Joe the Plumber? We learned that he wasn't a licensed plumbing contractor (as if that somehow made him "not a plumber" and therefore a "liar".) Oh, and he had some back taxes. All for asking a simple question: he was "vetted" and pursued.

The point being, the left does not see the problem with Kimberlin and his ilk: he's just using tactics that they've used for decades now. The only difference is he has, for reasons that escape rational analysis, decided to pick on people who are both lawyers, and bloggers.

This IS an ideological issue: it perfectly illustrates the personalities and tactics of the left, and what has become the mainstream of the Democrat party. We should expect much more of the same this summer, and directed at anyone who dares question The One.
