So why is Congress even considering it? So they can scare the IP providers into thinking they will vote for it, which would result in the lobbyists for the IP providers supplying more money to the Congressmen to defeat it, thus lining their own pockets.

Damn shame the RINOs running the House will probably go along with this. Just look at their support for SOPA, etc.

The proposal to allow the UN to control the internet in the USA is so crazy that I don't know if any Dems in congress will support this, but I called my congressman just in case. There will be a committee hearing on this on Thursday
