I see that the group meeting in the restaurant was affiliated with Stormfront. And it would be difficult to maintain that Stormfront is not a Nazi organization.

So?

Did they lose their right to peaceably assemble in a restaurant and have dinner and talk? Or do only the people you like have Constitutional rights?

The only Constitutional issue here is property rights and not the right of the Stormfront affiliated group to meet in a restaurant.

I bet it is not all that good for a restaurant’s business when it becomes known that the eatery permits Stromfront to hold meetings.
