Military vote? Since when does that matter? If you think you are losing, just stop the ballots from being counted. FL 2000.

I understand that the Scytl vote-counting technology was putatively developed so overseas (military) voters could have their votes counted. This could (I am thinking cynically) be part of a "cover story" development to bring in "military" votes to bring BO over the top. However, I understand that military votes tend to lean conservative/Republican, so there could be some tweaking going on.

The Federal Voting Assistance Program (see FVAP.gov) was developed to help U.S. uniformed military and overseas U.S. citizens vote absentee (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Voting_Assistance_Program. Difficulty in processing overseas military ballots was cited as a factor in the 2008 election.

I hope the Scytl program isn't going to be brought to bear on it in some way.
