Does this suit go away if the Supreme Court rules ZerOcare Unconstitutional?
I don't see why it would. Church organizations, for the most part, offer insurance to their employees. I don't think the HHS mandate was predicated on that health insurance coming under the umbrella of Obamacare. Obama and Sebelius will STILL try to force religious organizations to pay for those services through whatever health insurance is offered.
