The cops are behind the war on drugs. Most if not all of them keep part of the drugs they “capture” This leads to having a constant supply and then they trade for favors from women or men for their fix. Trust no “cop”!
Just eliminating the loose standards required for asset forfeiture would lower the corruption level, to plant drugs on people to take the car, claim money sets off a drug dog and take it, etc.
