The Sacramento Bee has a story about how the Lieutenant Governor of that state, Gavin Newsom, must endure the unendurable as described in the article's headline: "Gavin Newsom breaks boredom in Sacramento with his own TV show."
Yes, even though the Current TV ratings are in the toilet and might not even be carried on cable in the future, it's show business! Unfortunately, along with the "glamor" of showbiz, poor Newsom must endure the utter boredom of his, "ugh," Lt. Governor's job which requires him to suffer the torture of spending one day per week in "dull" Sacramento.

If he has so much time on his hands, why doesn’t he go out and make news himself? Has he ever thought that he can be the center of attention by pushing homosexual marriage, for example? I’m sure he can think of something to stay busy and promote some liberal cause along the way...................
The frightening truth is this guy will most likely be the next Gov.of Ca.He will be pushed through by the Dems and there will be no way to stop the one party vote.

I noticed his show the other night channel surfing on the satellite. I can see why aliens stay away from this planet.
