You'd think the Dems would be embarrassed to run a guy who's so clearly unprepared, especially considering that this is Barrett's second try for the job.

He's unprepared because he's been effectively disarmed by Gov. Walker. The reforms are helping all schools that took advantage of them and the school disctricts that forced contracts before the reforms were enacted are the only ones that are now hurting (Madison and Milwaukee come to mind). Jobs are increasing and the budget is balanced. All Barrett has to run on is meaningless rhetoric about the collective bargaining "rights" being taken away, and that dog doesn't hunt anymore.

True, I’m being too hard on the guy. He really can’t be expected to answer a question to which the only accurate answer is “There aren’t any.”

Since he’s a Dem, I suppose he should get credit for not simply making up names of nonexistent districts...
