I don’t take this as a good sign. The jury was supposedly deadlocked. Usually a deadlocked jury breaks in favor of the defendant. Hope I’m wrong.
I read an opinion that the lengthy deliberations in this case pointed to the jury wanting to find him guilty of at least something.
