Some of Ca lawmakers are senile: Pete Stark, DiFi, Boxer, Pelosi, Shelia Jackson Lee, Jerry Brown, et cetera.

On the other hand, I think it is bad form for anyone in Congressional leadership to predict the outcome of the vote.
It has the effect, I think, of alienating the Court.

Nobody was frivolous with the Constitution and the health of the American peopleThen why did she exempt herself?

That could occur except for one thing - in this "iron-clad" bill they REMOVED the standard severability clause. That's the clause you see in contracts that say if one part is voided, the rest remains in effect. It was IN the bill and was taken out before passage. This is one of the issues the court heard oral arguments on and it was made obvious that the whole bill collapses without the funding mechanism. I would be very surprised if the mandate falls and the rest is allowed to stand. If that happens there's justification for an armed movement on the FedGov saying: "You're out of office."
(Not the overthrow of government, the massive forced termination of services by "public servants.")
Hell, if the USSC holds ObamaCare valid there's reason to march on them and demand their resignations: Nowhere in the Constitution is the Supreme Court allowed to alter/amend the Constitution. Simply saying "it's legit" doesn't make it so... and, IMO, it's time that the judiciary were held to task for evil decisions.
