I’m wondering if she already knows the outcome. There were rumors of leaks of the outcome after the hearing on the bill. Also, Robertson made it known he might vote to uphold the bill just to avoid a 5-4 decision if the vote was already in favor.

I've been wondering that myself. After an initial flurry of threats and cajoling from the regime toward the Supremes, suddenly all went quiet.... now this. I'm thinking she already knows the score.

I hadn't heard that about Roberts... when did he make that statement? Is he just wanting to be on the winning side?
