PITTSBURGH An illegal immigrant who was accused in a 2009 Ross Township rape was accidentally deported to Mexico before going to trial.
The victim said she's outraged and lives in fear knowing that the man accused of brutally beating and raping her outside of a North Hills restaurant is free.
"You think you are going to get answers in a government that you've always believed in, that there's justice. But justice isn't for the victim," the woman said.

It happens when ICE puts an immigration hold on a guy to keep him from making bail. Then somebody else from ICE comes in and asks all the immigration hold people if they will accept voluntary removal. It shouldn’t happen, but I’ve heard of other cases.
Never underestimate the incompetence of the government.
One thing would make cases like this impossible. If judges would look at an illegal alien charged with a violent crime and realize they are a flight risk and deny bail.
Don’t worry. He will be back. The average criminal illegal alien commits seven crimes. Deportation just feeds the revolving door at the border.
Dont worry. He will be back,He’ll be back in time to cast his vote for Obama
I’m not so sure that anything under this administration is “accidental”. If he went to trial, that might mean negative publicity about our beloved “immigrants” who demand amnesty.
To make amends, Holder has offered him first-class airfare to return, a voter ID card and section 8 housing.
Out of 35,000,000 they find THIS guy and deport him?
I don’t know if to laugh or cry.
He’ll be back.
what do you mean he will be back? He already is back. He came back within days of being dropped off in Mexico. The sad part is even if they pick him up else where they won’t check him out because Obama doesn’t want to upset LaRaza
I must have missed that in the story. How do you know he is back already?
