Obama has a disastrous economy and not much else to run on. He’s completely lost the independents. Even if he is fortunate enough to motivate his base to match the enthusiasm of 2008, he cannot recapture the independents and does not have a demotivated opposition this time. This is definitely not 2004. If that's true, and I don't dispute it, why then do so many Freepers assume a Romney defeat?
